Before co-founding Crux Finance, he was a Principal Banker in the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, where he executed a wide range of complex equity and debt transactions in Poland and the CEE region. Previously, he spent 3 years as an M&A Analyst at Fidea Corporate Finance.
